Thank you for choosing to book with Nantseren. When you make a booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.
The guest is the person who signs the booking form or, in the case of online booking, the person who makes the online payment. This person is responsible for ensuring all members of the party accept and adhere to these terms and conditions. The guest is also referred to as "you”.
The price includes accommodation plus any additional extras chosen at the time of booking. We accept the following forms of payment: Paypal or bank transfer.
A booking deposit of 25% to be paid on booking. The balance of the rental charge is payable not less than 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. An email reminder will be issued. Failure to pay the balance in full by the due dates will constitute a cancellation by the guest.
Bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Insurance
Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is non-refundable. If you need to cancel please contact us immediately. For this reason you may wish to take out cancellation insurance. Once full payment has been made, if you cancel within 8 and 4 weeks of your stay you will be entitled to a 50% refund. You will not qualify for a refund if you wish to cancel your booking within 4 weeks of your stay.
If you want to swap to an alternate date, then that may be possible but we would need to know 4 weeks in advance to fill the booking. If we cant fill the booking then we keep the deposit for the cancelled break. An additional charge may apply due to the different season being priced differently.
If extreme weather prevents you from reaching your holiday, taking or finishing your holiday, you are still subject to these cancellation terms as outlined above. We strongly recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy which covers this eventuality.
In the event of the property becoming unavailable (such as due to fire or flooding), we will endeavour to offer alternative dates, or will refund all monies paid, or a proportion in the case of curtailment. We cannot, however, pay any compensation or expenses as a consequence of such an event.
Arrival:Check is from 4pm on the day of arrival.
Departure:Check out time is 11am on the day of departure.
Whilst every care is taken to provide a true and accurate description of the property, over time, alterations are made and some things do change. The guest accepts that no refunds are available for such discrepancies.
The property owner reserves the right to enter the property, at a reasonable time, in the event of an emergency or remedial repair work being required.
The property owner reserves the right to ask the holidaymaker and their party to leave the property, without refund, should the behaviour of the guest and/or their party be considered by the property owner to be unreasonable.
Pets are not permitted.
Number of Guests
The maximum number of people entitled to stay at this property is 16 (or 18 if 2 extra guests are pre-arranged) and only those people named are entitled to stay.
Damages and Breakages
You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may charge for repairs if the damage or breakage is significant.
No smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is allowed inside the tents at any time.
Wood Burning Stoves
Wood burning stoves may only be used once you have read the instructions and signed our disclaimer form. Written wood burner instructions are beside the wood burner. Please do not use anything other than the wood, fire-lighters and kindling that is provided by Nantseren.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Although every care is taken in managing the various facilities, such as fire pits and wood burning stoves, Nantseren cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from any misadventure associated with any activity.
Should you find you have any complaint during your stay at Nantseren, please notify us immediately and we will do all we can to rectify the problem. Should you remain unsatisfied please notify us in writing within 7 days of the end of your stay.
